My path into project management ran through entrepreneurship, product design, and technical execution. Every product in this portfolio — the UI, the architecture, the user experience — I designed and built personally. That means I've done the work that most PMs coordinate from a distance.
That background makes me a stronger PM: I understand what engineers are actually saying, I can define scope precisely, I know where integrations will break, and I can build documentation that reflects reality — not wishful planning.
I'm pursuing PMP/CAPM certification to formalize the project management practice I've been running operationally for several years across complex digital initiatives.
